2. About Us Opulent Perfumes L.L.C – S.P.C is a luxury fragrance company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

3. Products and Services All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.
We accept payments via Tap Payments, which supports major credit/debit cards and local payment methods.
All transactions are processed securely through Tap Payments in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the UAE and select GCC countries.
Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method via Tap Payments.
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

9. Privacy and Data Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is handled securely by Tap Payments and is never stored on our servers.

10. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Opulent Perfumes and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
